Bush will keep oil-fields and give up the rest. They'll use our troops to guard the pipelines and fields against onslaughts of terrorists. Neither the US taxpayer nor the Iraqi people will get much in the way of oil revenues. Follow the money back to Bushie coffers.

I think he'll try and go for a limited withdraw and try to stay in office for another term, and then escalate the number of troops when he doesn't have to be concerned with political backlash.
