Well, I looked at their finances, and they don't look too bad (SKO's, that is). They've been paying down debt too.

If you value their fixtures and equipment at 10-cents on the dollar, they're insolvent.

I don't like these guys, but I guess there's probably a good chance that H&S hounds.
