I don't fathom Bush, he told America things were headed south when the economy was healthy and vibrant. Then he got into office made things bad and tries to convince everyone things are great.
Guess it's like his statement today that the U.S. in not going to cut and run in Iraq, and Condolessa's statement that the Iraqis now will be ready for self government "within a year".
