Oh come now, out your way in Hooterville the brokers at the "Welcome Home Realty and Discount Feed Store" pre-qualify customers by searching the prospect for hints of that naive "I'll pay 6% plus a $900 transaction fee" expression on their face.

Here in Beverly Hills, one of the top producing agents in the city was found red-faced and embarrassed at a multi-million dollar home he was showing.

His "clients" had gagged and tied him to a chair after taking his wallet. Nothing was taken from the home as it was empty.

Being such an experienced and successful agent he was able to tell the police that they claimed to be Bob and Dorothy Henderson. As far as can be determined, no such people exist.

If he had been more cautious he would have been able to give police the number of their fake Driver's License.
