Iraqi government, what iraqi govt. Must be a legit one. Prior to that occurring, international support for the effort might be important. No blue helmets though, i agee with that. And i suspect the cowards who run the UN will be more than happy not to be there while the going is tough.
Ditto for the french. And we need not to give away too much for their blessing. By the way since few countries have come up with grants like we did, iraq should be technically declared as bankrupt and those old debts treated much the same way as debts of a bankrupt corporation are, dont you think.
