There are no reported oil revenues at all yet.
You can trust the Bushies who brought us the phony 100 billion dollar gouging of the energy crisis if you like, and believe their spiel about Iraq being the war on terrorism, but I prefer to see proof. Bushies promised us oil revenues. Where are they? The "Iraqi people" (as if Bushies care about them) haven't gotten any either.
Halliburton seems to be controlling the game. Do you trust Halliburton?
