Italian Soldier Wounded in Iraq Dies in Kuwait
Sat Nov 15, 9:11 AM ET

KUWAIT (Reuters) - An Italian soldier badly wounded in a recent suicide bombing in southern Iraq (news - web sites) died Saturday in a Kuwait hospital after his parents gave approval for his life-support system to be turned off, the Italian embassy said. An embassy official told Reuters in Kuwait City the death of Corporal Pietro Petrucci at al-Sabah hospital brings to 19 the number of Italians killed in last Wednesday's attack -- 17 soldiers and two civilians.

"He died this morning; they switched off the machine this morning," the diplomat said. "His parents gave the permission as he arrived here in bad condition."

Petrucci's injuries were mainly to his head, he added.

The embassy official said he believed Petrucci's body will be flown home Sunday while most of the dead Italians will arrive Saturday in Italy. Some of the wounded have already arrived there, he said.

The bombing in the Carabinieri police base in the city of Nassiriya, which also killed nine Iraqis, was Italy's worst military slaughter since World War II.

Do you think it's possible that Bush is a serial killer by proxy? Ever heard of Munchausen Syndrome by Proxy? It's where a care giver induces illness in someone to get attention in different, e.g. a nurse in order to be the Johnny-on-the-spot savior. Bush probably set a record for the most executions carried out in Texas while governor and now he's sending our troops into harms way and provoking their demise by egging on the guerrilla warriors with taunts such as his infamous "Bring'em On!!!"
