HI Don, With so much capacity utilization reaching upper limits,backlogs growing,and new fab announcements beginning-I'm thinking we are approaching a time to be aggressive. With core positions accumulated during the multiyear bottom,any dip ought to be viewed as a low risk "ADD TO"moment. A lot of tax positioning is occurring here at the end of 03.Those companies that run on fiscal years vs.calendar years - seem to be seeing a better recovery.IMHO Ron over on the Charts and Screens thread has provided a great chart-note the ever strengthening Macd - just barely wants to go negative. ttrader.com We are about to begin a rise that will surprise MOST in 04 IMHO.
