M., I wrote this post during what probably was the most spectacular case of delta hedging of recent years - a few days after 9/11. Maybe I would have said it a little differently nowadays, but this post has the advantage of "real time reporting" Message 16394117 BTW, even at that time I knew that it was a great buying opportunity, but I was so shocked by the events that I didn't even think about trading.
