You gave us that one...I can't remember, does it have lemon juice on top?

Citrus Spice Tea Mix
They call this citrus, I call it old fashioned Russian Tea...Remember it?

I use to make this every fall with Tang and Lipton flavored instant tea, and keep it in an airtight container...It was good to have on hand if anyone had a sore throat..etc, or just for a change of pace for company.

Source of Recipe
Marla

List of Ingredients

Makes 1 container of mix that will make 25 servings.

1 1/4 cups powdered orange drink mix
2/3 cup sweetened lemon-flavored instant tea mix
1 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon allspice
3/4 teaspoon grated orange rind

Recipe

Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Pour into an airtight canister and seal tightly. Write the instructions below on a card and attach with some lemon- and orange-colored ribbon and fake oranges and lemons if desired.

To make Citrus Spice Tea: Place 1 heaping tablespoon Citrus Spice Tea Mix in a cup or mug. Add 1 cup boiling water and mix well.
