One of the cruelties in life is people telling youngsters who want to succeed that they just need to work hard.

But it is one you can't get around, Mq. Don't tell someone they are too stupid to be successful at something. They will figure it out for themselves. If you stick your nose in, you only ruin any relationship you have with them.
