9:15AM Fuel cell stocks could benefit from energy bill : Fuel cell stocks could benefit as the energy bill works its way through Congress. The bill provides a tax credit of several thousands dollars for purchases of cars that run on hydrogen fuel cells or have engines that use electricity and gasoline. A special bipartisan committee of Senate and House members will meet this afternoon to debate and finalize the legislation.
