Your studies of market concentration in your geographic area may provide the basis for a solid anti-trust defense for your firm in your market area.

Based on your analysis, what percentage of home sales does Windermere control in your region?

Cat got your tongue? I'll help you out with a link to a Windermere website. - windermerewhidbey.com

Windermere claims the following market shares:

34%___Windermere
18%___John L. Scott
13%___Coldwell-Banker

In your "neck of the woods" the largest three brokerage firms control 65% of the market. Very similar to Los Angeles.

Your comment "I do not see the anti-trust issue prevalent in my neck of the woods" seems not terribly convincing in light of the facts as alleged by Windermere.
