the extensive data, believe you me, I am fully aware of and do not care discuss.

Instead, the bone that I think Astro would be in favor of picking would be with MLS...

In our neck of the woods there were competing multiples that overlapped in certain geographics. For awhile, to access listings required dual memberships, probably similar to certain areas in California. In the end, MLS was bounced in favor of NWMLS. Slowly other areas joined and dropped MLS in favor of NWMLS. Now we have one dominating data services in full control of Western Washington.

Now we can talk control...
