Hi Tenchusatsu and Thread, the Super Fund Trust money will run out this year because the Republican Congress did not renew the law that requires corporations to foot the bill for Super Fund cleanups, according to a contact at the EPA. Many of the Republicans I know, are for this cleanup tax. Hi Amy, its amazing to me how much dismantling of EPA legislation this administration has done. At a subtle and not so subtle clip, they have rolled back the clock on rules governing our administration of the environment from arsenic in the drinking water to logging old growth forests to discouraging the replacement of toxic power plants. Allowing snowmobilers in Yellowstone was just plain insulting. They can't wait to get their hands on the ANWR. Teddy Roosevelt must be rolling over in his grave. ted
