Deregulation has ripped off tax-payers of 500 billion in just two schemes alone, the S+L debacle the the Bushie phony enery crisis. Now deregulation is socking it to our environment big-time. More pollution, less wildlands, less safe water and air and get out of jail free cards for polluters, all compliments of Bush-Cheney and the right-wing. Notice Delay's priority in the Energy Bill was to except manufacturers of carcinogens from litigation. That from the former pesticide salesman who runs the GOP congress, a poisons lobbyist extraordinaire.
