I trust this has already been posted here, but I missed most of the last week or two of posts.
selectsmart.com

I get an 86% match with the Libertarian party; 62% with Howard Green (D); 53% with the Greens; 42% with GWB; 30-37% with Liebermann, Gephart and Kerry(D); and 6% with Mosely-Braun(D).

That suggests there is a wide range of policies within the Democrats - from dyed-in-the-wool socialist authoritarians to neo-libertarians.

It's sinful that politicians can shamelessly abuse their fiduciary responsibility to squander money to buy votes and get themselves reelected. The result will be increased interest rates and a further debasing of the dollar that will increase the cost of imports and provide incentive to foreign investors to move their money to other countries. The future is being mortgaged and the reduced standard of living will be inherited by our children long after egomaniacs like Bush have left the scene, which can't happen soon enough. I'd love to see a complete house cleaning in the US Congress. I'd like to see term limits to minimize the professional politicians and take back to the intentions of the founding fathers in that we should be represented by citizen politicians. I hope every single incumbent looses their next elections.
