Would you like to prove there was something different in the early intelligence that would indicate it was more likely to come to pass than information from a zillion other bits of similar intelligence? Succeeding that, would you then like to prove no effort was made to learn more and/or stop it(I recall reading of just such an effort, which had little to go on)? This angle has been covered, yet you write like a fool who doesn't know the difference between opinion at odds with known circumstances, and fact.
