Why did the UN Security Council vote against the IRAQ War?

What nonsense. Your questions have nothing to do with the point that no WMD's were found.

What makes you think they didn't cooperate "fully"? Is it because Bush said that? How do you know he wasn't lying in order to start this war? The weapons inspectors were in place in Iraq and were not finding any weapons. No weapons have been found. Maybe there were no weapons, and the Iraqis were in compliance. What was the big rush to go to war? We could have kept inspectors there for ten or twenty years, no big deal. It would have been better than blasting the hell out of the country, killing tens of thousands and our own men and women. Tell me, what was the big rush?
