Does Rumsfeld "talk" to Bush? Says no troops to leave Iraq:

Rumsfeld Rules Out Early Iraq Withdrawal
By Reuters
New York Times

Sunday 16 November 2003

American troops will not be withdrawing from Iraq starting next June under a faster timetable for self-rule in the country, Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld told reporters on Sunday.

"No, no," he told reporters traveling with him on a visit to Okinawa when asked if plans announced by Iraq's Governing Council for a transitional government would have any bearing on the continued presence of U.S. forces in the troubled country.

Yes there are also major differences in how we protect the environment and on domestic affairs.

Republicans are for cutting all taxes and trees.

Democrats are for selective thinning and fair taxation. Investment in the country...this country. Trickle down doesn't work, never has.
