My suggestion- don't, if you have out of state plates, they pull you over everytime and give you a ticket for something. The cops look in your car and if you are carrying a TV or some expensive electronic equipment or something, they confiscate it under some bogus "drug trafficking" <wink wink> law they cooked up. The politicians used to get kickbacks from business, all that stuff.

But hey- the foods great and thats what you get when your state was once a part of france. Just goes with the territory.

Didn't Huey Long the governor there go berserk in office, I know he dated a hooker they called "big red", they made a movie about it with Paul Newman a few years ago.
