B: 21st Century Technologies' Shows ProMag and SeaPatch at Important Trade Shows

LAS VEGAS, Nov 17, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- November 17, 2003 21st Century
Technologies, Inc. (OTCBB:TFCT) will be displaying products of its wholly-owned
subsidiary, Trident Technologies, Inc. at two large trade shows this week.
"Exposure of ProMag and SeaPatch to those industries which are logical users of
these fine products is extremely important to increasing sales of these
devices," said Jim Branch, Vice-President for Sales and Production of Trident.
"These trade shows are a major means of educating future customers." ProMag and
its maritime-engineered brother, SeaPatch, are rare-earth permanent
magnet-powered leak and rupture sealing systems which are especially useful in
dealing with difficult HAZMAT spills. Railroads, shipping companies,
petro-chemical industries, pipeline facilities and chemical storage are among
the primary customers for SeaPatch/ProMag. "I will be representing the company
at the Clean Gulf 2003 Conference in New Orleans on November 20 to November 21,
2003. Among this show's hosts are the State of Louisiana (Oil Spill
Coordinator's Office), the State of Alabama, Department of Environmental
Protection, State of Texas, General Land Office, State of Mississippi,
Department of Environmental Quality and the United States Coast Guar. Among many
corporate sponsors are Chevron, Conoco, ExxonMobil, Marathon Oil and Royal Dutch
Shell. There will be over 175 displays, including a demonstration booth for
ProMag and SeaPatch. "This show will attract new business for us," Mr. Branch
opined.

In addition to the Clean Gulf Conference at New Orleans, SeaPatch and ProMag
will be represented by sales manager John Dumble at the HazMat Expo 7 at Las
Vegas, Nevada, starting today, through November 21st, 2003. The company will
have a demonstration booth at the HazMat Explo 7, similar to the display
featured at Clean Gulf. Attendees at HazMat Explo 7 will include representatives
of fire departments, law enforcement, emergency managers, emergency response
teams and federal, state and local officials.
