You forgot the part that told WHY the current claim portfolio has been withdrawn that is also posted on the company website: FIRE RATING IN THE FOREST has been off the charts this fall when the partners decided to pull the claims listing because they didn't want to take city numbskulls out into the forest at level 3 and level 4 fire ratings. Now, there's too much snow and slop to get into them except on foot or horseback. All are still available, yes, even TWO $500K ones. Probably won't be for long when the price of gold gets closer to $500 /oz. Not my fault you can't afford the $1500 size<grin> I 'spose you want yours fer nuthin'. And NO, one doesn't "need a license" to sell an unpatented mining claims, since the law considers mining claims REAL aka PERSONAL property. Do you need a license to sell your rifle? Or your car? Or your boat? In the case of the $500K price level claims, there are drill proven reserves and patented land that comes with one of those two parcels. You're so silly, especially when you are caught with your pants down around your ankles talking about deflation and the entire American fabric being socially and morally bankrupt humans as the result. Real estate bankrupt maybe..which scares you to death considering repossessions in your mortgage industry is an ugly seamy underbelly, category killer of your profession, ...but I'm willing to bet this nation has many foreclosed upon individuals who probably all still pay taxes, teach their kids good manners and probably sit next to you at the "church spaghetti supper" on bingo night.
