If AWOL wasn't such a coward to appear before Parliament, Rove could get him a special codpiece that would keep his "balls" from rattling around as he stood up to speak mangled English to the Brits.

And to think, only two years ago we had the sympathy of most of the countries in the world...now we have a president that can't speak before the leaders of the very country that has been our greatest ally.

Go figure!!
