Hard to beat steak<g>....I haven't gotten a quart of oysters lately, so I am not sure of the current local price. My family never kept kosher, so I grew up eating crabs and oysters and clams. Funny, but I never minded the slimy feeling of raw oysters......I got so good at taking apart boiled crabs that I rarely need a crab hammer, and I can do it very fast. This comes in handy for all you can eat deals, where the effort/reward ratio is not so good for most people......On the other hand, I got a little tired of bothering myself, and my favorite way of eating crab is sauteed softshell......
