OK, I checked out this site. It links you to some brilliant broker in an area, who then provides MLS listings, including the name and number of the listing agent. If I was interested in any of the properties I saw, why would I contact Mr. Brilliant broker instead of the listing agent directly? I normally find the listing agent is ignorant enough about a property. Why would I go to a stranger who is even more ignorant? But that's just me.

Exactly how has this hurt the client in any way? How has the publication of this listing put him in any danger?
