Jane,

Don't know what Iso's take on it is, but I suspect he is waiting for his indicators to line up and produce a buy signal. Can't blame him for sitting it out here. I bot @ 1.75 or so also. Tomorrow should produce a definitive bottom IMO. I will average down when the Macd oscillator turns up, which will probably result in a buy at 1.75...I'm tempted here, but will wait...I just see a high beta stock with potential getting whacked for accumulation purposes..so I will do the same.

Cheers,

Bert

Jane456, hello.

One thing I noticed....look at the guidance for FY 2003:

biz.yahoo.com

Lease Operating Expense + Taxes + DD&A + G&A = $3.86 - $4.16/mcfe Operating Expense. Add to this the Cash Interest Expense for 2003 of $23 - 25 million: Not much room for profit is there? Their gas sales for the last 3 months has been at $4.17, for the last 9 months is $4.53.

Why so much interest expense ($23-25 million?) on a company that only will generate ~130 million in revenues this year?

I find their operating costs, in particular lease expense, to be high. Perhaps the reason the stock is declining is because the analysts do not expect price firmness?

Regards to all,

Aggie
