Actually the Dems only care about the Circuit Court appointments. Those are the ones they are contesting because they lead more likely to the SC. I believe they've approved 2 out of 6 of those.

When will Janice Rogers Brown, a black woman, get her up or down vote in congress? Janice Rogers Brown is a woman that the racist, sexist Mr. Charles Schumer described as an "out-of-the-mainstream activist of the first order," even though she won more than 75% of the vote in her last reconfirmation and frequently writes the majority opinion in California Supreme Court decisions.

The Bushies have been shaking the bushes for any minority candidates with conservative views they can find. This way they can play the race card when their nominees are rejected for ideological reasons.

I haven't seen this many minorities in republican cloth since last years republican convention where there were many people of color entertaining and speaking. And this to the all white crowd.

Go figure.
