thanks Will. Actually that article is the one that piqued my curiousity about the solar panel stuff, and why I asked the question. It was very informative, a nice summation of what they are doing and where they hope to go. I tend to find a company I am interested in, accumulate a position for six mos or a year, then just hold. I have accumulated a fair amt of an Israeli company, Alvarion, that does Broadband Wireless in the higher spectrums, and it has tripled. I am hoping that Emcore can do the same. I suppose in the near term the Gelcore is what will drive the price, but the satellite stuff was interesting to me. Solar collectors for power beamed down to earth kind of stuff, but unfortunately that is a ways off.
