No. Not enough premium or discount to help anything. Just a lull and drift and stall until this issue works itself through the initial stages.

Besides, the ETF's would just create new share baskets for the large investors. The ETF trustee usually would have the ability to go out and purchase the underlying stock basket when "new large" money was invested in.

I'm thinking into broad based index ETF's or into the S&P500 sector baskets. Cause if you have enough money invested that is basically what an active managed MF is anyway.
