So what you are saying, this memo exists, and the statements are on it true. I am contending whether or not the statements are true. The existence of the memo proves nothing. But let's assume everything on the memo is true. Why would Bush have lied then two months ago when he said Saddam had no connections to 9/11? All of a sudden all this new intelligence has come to light? Well if that's the case, then the reason for going to war was completely b.s. if they just learned of it now. Going to war on a 'hunch' is very reckless. See how the dots don't connect? And I will ask again, if this is the smoking gun, why is the administration so quiet? I am sure they are well aware of their lack of credibility in this country yet alone the rest of the world. And since I am now an extreme skeptic of this regime, having a self serving 'leak' to a right wing rag is more of a mere coincidence to me.
