The biggest problem is just that: Lack of dads and its multi-generational. I'm a Democrat and that is clearly the biggest problem by far. Something like 70 to 75% of Black children under 18 do not have a father living full time at their home. The poor mothers are simply overwhelmed and the black women next door is in the same situation -- so there is little or no community-based support to turn to. -JH
