Democrats gave us the best economy ever in the 90's, pure capitalism. The rich got richer and so did everyone else. Almost zero unemployment and bustling global economy working hand in hand with all our allies. Now we have the opposite of that, but we are so rich we just don't feel it yet. The only "growth" Bush has given us is with huge deficit spending we'll hav to pay for later. You ought to stop listening to the liars on right-wing radio and think for yourself. The US is the LEAST socialistic country of all developed nations and has the owest taxes. Without SOME socialism we fail. That is because if you put all your faith in corporations, they cheat and steal. The S+L debacle proved that. Unless of course you prefer a society made up of rich and poor, white collar criminals in charge and almost nothing inbetween. That, my friend, is a third world country, not unlike Iraq. But you probably stand for one-party rule so you must admire Saddam's way of thinking.
