Jaison, I am running QCharts 4.6 version 4.6.0.1 Build A on PCs using 512MB Ram with 2.1GHz chips. These are networked through a Linksys router to a Roadrunner cable connection.
The data delays were really bad a couple weeks ago, but have pretty much cleared up completely lately. I am starting to think it may have something to do with geographic location and reliability of the internet providers, in addition to the Q Charts server farm.

Data is bad in the premarket this morning. Charts are not showing up correctly on any stock or futures I have checked so far.../// update
I rebooted and then deleted the continuum .ini file and the contents of the temp file in q charts. Now the charts are working fine. Irritating to have to do that, but it works every now and then. FYI
