Exactly. In the dot-com boom I hired 25 yr-olds who took W2 paychecks and ended up broke at the end of the year, while others incorporated and came out ahead by $20k-$30k.

Joe Lunchbox gets screwed, simply due to the mathematics of unfair representation. Everyone in Washington piles onto those least able to represent themselves, and helps themselves to the treasury and future revenues of the treasury, as the Framers knew would happen.

No one, but no one is seriously discussing this. One simple outgrowth of this realization is free air time for political discussion, required for authorization to carry public broadcasts. This would give political contenders an open mike. Instead, insider operators like Mitch McConnel say "money is necessary in politics", because they specialize in selling out our country to the highest bidders.

This would cost the $200 billion broadcast industry about $1 billion in anticipated revenues. They are one of the top 3 biggest lobbyists, so it will take a citizen protest movement to allow our country access to ideas that are untainted by criminal intent.
