The Washington Times is part of the Republican Party.
You should know better than to post an editorial from there. Anything the Times reports has to be taken with a partisan grain of salt. It is the most obviously slanted "major" paper in the country. When I hear that Clinton inherited a great economy and GW inherited a lousy one, it's clear those who blame someone else for their problems yet try to take credit for others' successes are real phonies. Most of the GOP spin these days is real deflective phoniness.

Example: Watch GW give a speech in the UK today about how global, open, friendly and multi-lateral he realy is deep-down. That my friends, is called damage control and desperate spin. Still it's necessary and thank God he's doing it, too little too late.
