edit.
The probable concentration of gas next to a tear gas grenade is high. That is hardly surprising.
And FBI agents are trained to drive military vehicles at Quantico.

Since you brought up gas...
Do you have any thoughts about Saddam's gassing of Kurds and Iranians?

<i.Lindy, why is it shrouded in mystery?

Because it was such a huge disaster. Run right from the top of our Justice Department. And the Dems controlled the Congress at the time and would not allow a through investigation. I have seen all the films, and read the reports done. Nothing more will ever be released. "Ruby Ridge" info got out because of the trial.

The victims at Waco were 7th Day Adventists. A fairly large Evangelical group. This bunch was an offshoot. There was absolutly no good reason to go after them. At both Ruby Ridge and Waco, the whole thing started as an ATF sting. Both groups of people were "survivalists," who were deathly afraid of the Government. Turned out they had reason to be.

A low level enlisted man may have been driving the tank as ordered by the FBI. But I am sure Clark was not there. And if am wrong about that, he was strictly an observer.
