Bald Eagle: because we Progressives have the well-developed intellect to think in terms outside of the literal, we recognize that Senator Kennedy was referring not to the skin color and/or other physical characteristics of the Regressives' court nominees as "Neanderthals," but to their regressive extremist juristic ideologies -- in a metaphorical sense. We also realize that Regressives such as yourself have no such advanced intellectual skill sets and are, unfortunately, doomed to black-and-white Neanderthal, if you will, world views. lb
