Kenneth, One pipeline goes thru Alaska, and follows the AlCan Highway. The other goes entirely through Canada, along the Mackenzie River Valley. Which do you think the United States should fund? wwf.ca The Mackenzie Valley - "The Mackenzie River's watershed is the largest in Canada covering 1.8 million sq. km. (18 per cent of Canada, twice the size of Ontario, and nearly the size of Mexico) and is virtually pristine. It is one of the last remaining river systems in North America still in its natural state."
