I've generally had short-term buys when the 21-day percent fell in the 20-30 percent region, and intermediate-term buys corresponding with the 50-day percent in the same area. Percent above the 200-day should drop back towards 50-60 percent in a normal (bull market) intermediate-term correction. The exceptions to the latter is the first year after the four-year low and in a bear market.

It seems they've ramped the unloved stocks last just before each market correction of late. The OSX has had quick, sharp rallies to clear out shorts just before each correction. DRG, it seems this time as well.
