LOL, TP. Last week I decided to go ahead and apply for a zero interest credit card. After answering a litany of computer-prompted questions, I was shocked when the voice stated that due to the Patriot Act, all information I'd provided would be forwarded to John Ashcroft's team. These measures, the voice said, were to prevent money laundering, acts of terror, etc. I received the stupid card today, but I'm still appalled by the government's invasion of privacy.
