Great!

So we take another step on this deflationary spiral :

1. Investment

2. Over-investment and excess debt

3. Excess capacity

4. Weakness in pricing power

5. Devaluation

6. Competitive Devaluation

7. Protectionism & Tariffs <--- WE WERE HERE

8. Beggar-thy-neighbor <----- NOW WE ARE HERE!

9. Plant closing and debt defaults
--------------------------------------------------

It is pretty tough even if we had competent guys running the show. But with a bunch of pro-rich, belligerent Chickenhawks(TM) at the helm, things are pretty bleak! :-(

Lookey here: Unilever, the AARP CEO's company, is mentioned:

Unilever chairman Niall FitzGerald said: 'There is a
mid-Atlantic trade storm whipping up. There will be
retaliation and then retaliation to that retaliation,
which could lead us to a 1930s decline.'

It's ALL tied together ... for the insiders.
