The Conservatives really ought to ask themselves how they ended up on the madrassa side of this issue.

They were forced into it by the Teacher's Unions. I would much prefer to stay with the Public system. But the more money that is spent on it, the worse it gets. Did you read this column by Jill Stewart? She is right on.

But FL, it is the left that dominates public school policy. I haven't been in a public school for quite a while, but I do hope you aren't comparing them to ME madrassas.
