Rendell govn. Pa. past democrat national committee chairman will be a large influence in the run for a democrat President. If Rendall is running the state pretty well he may have enough influence to block bush in the state..

However, if the Republican Pa. house can make him look bad in the coming year then it could help Bush as people will feel Rendall's campaign promises are not worthy of support.

He has been blocked so far in his program to increase state earned income tax, his program to use slots for some reduced property taxes and increase money for head start programs. Republican house looking for more money for property tax cuts and no increase in earned income state tax or very marginal increase...

I assume steel price tariffs, still undecided to extend or drop has a play on votes in Pa.
