Enron gamed the market, but the CA market was screwed up to begin with (on top of the historical CA enviro-nazi barriers to adequate generating capacity) when the state botched the deregulation of it and then Davis blundered even more when he insisted that the power companies enter long term supply contracts right at the top of the price spike. Yes, there were crooks in the top ranks of Enron, but that doesn't get the CA government off the hook. The rest of your BS is nothing more than baseless finger-pointing and you know it (assuming you aren't a complete idiot).
