One more question please - In WIN 98 you generated a "Boot Disk" I have noticed that WIN XP does not do that how should I generate a boot disk in XP?

I don't know about OEM versions of Windows XP but with the retail version you don't need a boot disk because you can boot from the Windows XP CD. This also means with the retail version of Windows XP Microsoft does not supply instructions for creating a boot disk.
