It looks like the trade war is a generalized concept for Bush. He's even striking out at the Brits, much to the embarrassment of Bush's poodle, PM Bliar.

My issue is with dumping, an entirely different matter.

This goes on within borders, not just internationally. Walmart is the poster child of a company which uses profits from certain products with no local competition to support low low prices on products with local stores. This drives the mom&pops out of business. Then they use those products to go after the next store until there is nothing left but big box outlets.
