Re: I'm sure the administration sees Mr. Bush's "edict" as a mild reminder to the British citizenry rather than a thinly-veiled threat.

This maladministration has a penchant for delusion. Others include WMD that aren't there, nuclear weapons programs that aren't there, illusory meetings between Baathists and al Qaeda and a host of other dreams of paranoid fanatics.
