I dont know enough about the plan to take a strong position at this time. However, I do know something about AARP having been a member for years and reading all their newsletters etc. IMHO this prescription plan is likely looked upon by AARP as a BEGINNING. Ya gotta start SOMEWHERE and a full blown socialized medicine type plan just isnt going to be a starting point in America. I trust AARP to carefully analyze all the input and then vote yea or nay. I know AARP has been LONG involved in trying to come up with a plan for prescription drugs for Seniors. jdn
