Mark, back to the P3 for a moment... One of the points of contention has been whether the patients will see an improvement in quality of life. We have Dr Pugen's observations, Meunster, and Vanderbilt that indicate there will be an improvement. The anecdotal evidence, and the accompanying response don't add up to much. What was interesting was the Bangkok physician's apparent belief that WF10 would make the patient feel better - despite a regimen of HAART, and severe illness: what would be called "AIDS-defining events" in the P3. Just another small piece of evidence, on the positive side. Encouraging. Jim
